The Department of Justice (DOJ) Asset Forfeiture Program is a nationwide law enforcement program that has proven to be an effective strategy in the fight against crime. The primary mission of the Asset Forfeiture Program is to employ asset forfeiture powers in a manner that enhances public safety and security. This is accomplished by removing the proceeds of crime and other assets relied upon by criminals and their associates to perpetuate their criminal activity against society. The primary objective of this contract is to provide needed support for the asset forfeiture process from the identification of specific assets for possible seizure, through the seizure, management, disposition, and post-disposition accounting and case closure.
