FSA’s main business focus is in providing high quality labor support services to the Federal Law Enforcement community, or to other entities/companies that also provide like services. The FSA Commercial Services Division manages and supports all FSA business contract activities with US commercial companies. In most cases, this involves providing labor support services on Government contracts in which FSA is a subcontractor to the Prime contractor. In all such cases FSA’s contractual responsibilities are to the commercial entity or company that is the Prime contractor for the Government, although the actual FSA employees providing the support services perform their work in most cases at Government sites.
